Fees Schedule

 

Payment made towards the Application Form and its processing is non-refundable and does not guarantee applicants admission.

Fees need to be paid within seven working days from the date of receipt of Admission Acceptance Letter. Recurring Annual Tuition Fee needs to be paid by the first week of July. Any payments thereafter would attract late payment charges of Rs. 50/- per week. The student will not be allowed to attend the classes for new academic year without prior payment of the fee. The fees paid to the school are neither refundable nor transferrable under any circumstance.

Classic School reserves the right to revise the progressive fee applicable to new admissions every academic year.

Full Fees are charged irrespective of the date of admission. Transportation charges are subject to annual revision. The Annual Tuition fees do not include

  • Books, Stationary , Computer fee ,Craft Fee etc.
  • Educational Excursions, Participation in International Student's Exchange programme, Representing school at National/International student's workshop/youth science forums, Admission in Summer school/Domestic and International Leisure Tours, Fee accrued while preparing or appearing of domestic and international Competitive Examinations, Participation in Special School Events and any expense borne towards their participation including the costumes, jewellery and props etc., Board examinations and expenses towards college applications.
  • Exercise and Course books.
  • All footwear.

The fee needs to be paid in INR only Classic Montessori School fees are applicable as per the year of enrolment, every letter of acceptance issued at the time of admissions would detail the progressive fees applicable to the child up to grade

The Classic Montessori High School fee structure is set by the Council of Directors and reviewed annually. All parents/guardians will be notified of any change in Classic Montessori High School fee structure before 31 March of the previous academic year.

Sibling discounts are available to parents who will have more than one child studying at Classic School.The third sibling will be provided a 50 % discount in Tution fees.

Financial aid is available to assist qualified students who need financial assistance. If you would like to request financial aid, please contact the Admissions office.

Fee will be charged as follows :

1st Instalment   (in July) July + Annual Fee.
2nd Instalment  (in August) August + January Fee.
3rd Instalment  (in September) September + Exams (1st instalment Rs.300.00) Fee.
4th Instalment  (in October) October + February Fee.
5th Instalment  (in November) November + March Fee.
6th Instalment  (in December) December + Exams (2nd instalment Rs.300.00) Fee.
7th Instalment  (in January) April + May Fee.
8th Instalment  (in February) June Fee.

Withdrawal

 

By 31st March is the last Academic year at Classic Montessori High School. No mid-year applications will be entertained for Withdrawal under any circumstances. All Withdrawal will be addressed to after the end of the academic year. Parents will be liable to pay the fees for the next academic year, if application of withdrawal is not duly submitted to the Principal in writing, by 7th April in the last Academic year at Classic Montessori High School.

School Leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearance of dues and payment of amount(s) in favour of the school.

Vandalism Penalties will be applicable in-case of any damage caused/ dues occurred because of: Mishandling or loosing of School Equipments, Damaging of school IT facilities, Third party damage/ loss caused by the student at the time of events, Mishandling or damaging the assets of school and transportation.

If the withdrawal notice is given after 7th April of the running academic year, full academic fees (of the following academic year) shall have to be paid to get a clearance for the Transfer/leaving certificate. In case of withdrawal any time after the commencement of the academic year the fees for full year shall be charged/forfeited in favour of the school.

Failure to pay any amount due to the school by the representative due dates will imply that the parents do not intend to pursue admission with the school. Students are allowed to attend classes, participate in activities and have uninterrupted access to school facilities, provided all amounts payable to the school have been duly paid by the due dates. The school leaving certificate will only be issued, only after clearance of all dues and on return of library books. The school leaving certificate will not be issued during vacations. The school leaving certificate will be issued to only those students who have submitted their previous school leaving certificate, at the time of admissions.

The rules and regulations formulated by Classic Montessori High School construe for smooth and effective functioning of the school. Classic Montessori High School, reserves all rights to amend the fee and set regulations when needed and found necessary.
